This is an open evening that is held twice a month on a Friday evening.

The evening came about through like-minded people wanting somewhere that they could practice and gain more awareness of the energy that is working with them.

The evening is facilitated by Angela, she is guided with the questions and the drawing out of awareness in each person.

The space is held in a very loving and safe way.

The evening starts with a channeled, guided meditation opening the doorway for the energy that works with you to come through.

Each person has time on the table where they are receiving, at the end of that time period there is a sharing of the experience. The people who have been giving, express the experience they had, what they saw, what they felt, and what they were aware of. The people who were receiving, share their experience, what they felt, and what they were aware of.
The feeling of the group is that this enables them to start to feel and awaken to the awareness of the energy that is wanting to come through.

At the end of the evening we all share in something to eat and drink and the most wonderful conversation.
