Introducing Helen and Murray
Our Vision - A
Centre for peace and tranquility in this busy world, where
people can
come and experience a different way to 'BE.'
About 20 years ago a friend gave us a book to read called
Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda and it
was from reading this that we both had the realization
that we had found what had been missing from our lives,
a personal relationship with God, although we had both
experienced other religions growing up none of them affected
us in the way this book did. It was a profound realization
that we have God Within Us and we are not just a body
but a Spiritual Being having a human experience and from
that we began to explore and experience spiritual healing
and alternative healing modalities.
After 37 years of marriage, 2 sons and 5 grandchildren
we have enough experience of life to know how it can affect
your health and well being. We are experiencing such a
profound change in our own lives that we want to share
that knowledge with others by offering them the same opportunity
to heal themselves that we have.
